Piracy threat continues

3 November 2017

Piracy continues to be a threat to shipping in high-risk areas, such as the waters off West Africa, while armed robbery and other incident still plague vessels in many ports and countries. The latest incidents reported to the International Chamber of Commerce's (ICC) International Maritime Bureau's (IMB) 24-hour Piracy Reporting Centre (PRC) include the following.
