We are a resource created by ITF affiliates to promote the inclusion and promotion of women in the maritime industry.
Currently, women make up around just 2% of the world’s seafarers and we want to see this change. Women are half the population with unique experiences, knowledge and intelligence to offer the maritime industry. We want to help women turn these skills into real jobs and for the industry to make this happen.
We want our resources to be as wide-reaching and up-to-date as possible. Please send in anything you think would be useful to add to the website.
You can contact us by using the form below or by email: womenatsea@itf.org.uk
