IBF Framework CBA
This IBF Agreement(hereinafter ‘Agreement’ or ‘CBA’)is based on the IBF Framework CBA which sets out the standard terms and conditions applicable only to seafarers serving on any ship owned or operated by a Company in membership with the Joint Negotiating Group in respect of which there is in existence an IBF Special Agreement.
ITF Standard CBA 2015
This Agreement sets out the standard terms and conditions applicable to all Seafarers serving on any Ship in respect of which there is in existence a Special Agreement (“the Special Agreement”) made between the Union, an affiliate of the International Transport Workers’ Federation (the ITF) and the Company who is the Owner/Agent of the Owner of the Ship.
Convention No. 190 and Recommendation No. 206 at a glance
In June 2019, at the Centenary Conference of the International Labour Organization (ILO), the Violence and Harassment Convention (No. 190) and its accompanying Recommendation (No. 206) were adopted.
